From the moment you arrive, you'll find a welcoming and friendly church family ready to greet you. Your first visit will be refreshing and uplifting, with inspiring music, biblical preaching, and a warm atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home. We’re excited to meet you! Here’s what you can expect when you visit.
What does a typical Sunday look like?
Our Sunday School starts at 10:00 AM, offering a variety of classes designed to encourage spiritual growth at every stage of life. These smaller group settings provide a great opportunity to connect with others, enjoy fellowship, and engage in Bible lessons that apply directly to your daily walk with Christ. One of the best ways to build relationships at Lighthouse Baptist Church is by joining one of our adult Bible classes.
Following Sunday School, our main church service features uplifting congregational singing and inspiring music from our choir, ensembles, and soloists. You’ll then hear a clear, Bible-centered message from Pastor David Napuunoa that will encourage and challenge your faith. The service typically lasts just over an hour, and we invite you to come experience it for yourself!
What about my kids?
From our caring nursery to engaging children's programs, there's something special for every age at Lighthouse Baptist Church. During every service, we provide a safe, clean, and well-staffed nursery for children ages four and under. Our dedicated nursery team will assist you with check-in and can easily contact you if needed.
For children ages five through grade six, we offer fun, Bible-centered classes led by trained and friendly teachers. These classes create an exciting and memorable church experience where kids can learn about God in an engaging and age-appropriate way. We look forward to welcoming your family!
What about my teens?
Our student ministry is organized by grade level, ensuring a meaningful and age-appropriate experience for every teen. On Sunday mornings, students gather in our Youth Center before breaking into their individual classes for Bible study and fellowship. Most teens attend their class for one hour, then join their parents for the main worship service, where they can grow together in faith through biblical preaching and uplifting worship.
How should I dress?
Sundays are exciting, and we want you to feel at home. There is no dress code for those attending our services. In any given church service, you will see those dressed in suits and ties, and dresses, while others may be in their work clothes. What matters to us is that you come to grow in the Lord with us!
Am I expected to give in the offering?
No, we don’t invite you to Lighthouse Baptist Church for your offering—we want our service to be our gift to you. Our desire is for you to experience a welcoming church family, biblical truth, and a place where you can grow in God’s grace. As our guest, please don’t feel any obligation to give during the offering. We’re simply grateful for the opportunity to worship with you!
